1. What the Service is

The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze the résumé and job-posting text you provide and to generate draft documents, including résumés, cover letters, keyword reports, and related suggestions ("Generated Content"). All Generated Content is produced automatically by AI, without human review by us.

2. Your information — your responsibility

You represent and warrant that all information you provide (your résumé, notes, credentials, licenses, work history, and any other input) is true, accurate, and yours to use.
We do not verify, and have no obligation to verify, any information you provide. Generated Content is based entirely on your inputs.
You are solely responsible for any consequences of submitting inaccurate, false, misleading, or exaggerated information to us or to any employer.

3. Mandatory review before use — drafts only

All Generated Content is a draft. You must review, verify, and correct every document before submitting it to any employer or third party.
By downloading or using Generated Content, you confirm that you have reviewed it and that you accept sole responsibility for its accuracy, truthfulness, and completeness.
AI systems can make mistakes, including misstating dates, titles, credentials, or qualifications. Items flagged as "confirm before submitting" require your particular attention, but your duty to review applies to the entire document.

4. No guarantees

We do not guarantee interviews, job offers, employment, salary outcomes, ATS approval, or any particular result. Hiring decisions are made by employers and are outside our control. The Service is not legal, career-counseling, immigration, or licensing advice.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE AND ALL GENERATED CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

6. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF EMPLOYMENT, INCOME, OPPORTUNITY, OR REPUTATION, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR GENERATED CONTENT. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
